I have been slowly collecting a list of beer festivals around the Midwest and found this fun post from Chicago's Nerd City:

Chicago will host the Craft Brewers Conference and Expo April 7-10, 2010. Looks like it's sold out, but hopefully next year they will be at a bigger venue.
