Breakfast = AAHHH! Broke down and had peanut butter toast!
Lunch = Spaghetti squash, tomato sauce, cheese and a cucumber. I also had an apple, but I picked it before it was ripe.
Dinner = Stew with Black Earth beef stew bone, onions, shallots, cabbage, zucchini and herbs.
Note: Local food. Not always pretty.
