Breakfast = Wheat berries w/ maple syrup and butter.
Lunch = Greens: cabbage, arugula, cooked chard, mushrooms and peppers.
Dinner = Last of the stew.
Exercise - not really, but I had a super long day at work and was on my feet the entire time, so feel like I did.
The wheat berries had a texture a bit like undercooked barley. I soaked them overnight, then boiled them for at least an hour. They never popped open, like one would expect barley to, so I'm not sure if I cooked them long enough. I also kept adding h2o. They were flavorful as far as that went. I don't think I'd cook them on a regular basis tho.
