Day 22

Breakfast - a doughnut from Bloedoe's Bakery in Winona, MN (I had it left in the freezer!), yogurt with raspberry, musk melon and maple syrup.

Lunch - leftover spaghetti squash w/ sauce from the freezer

Dinner - offered non-native sweet potato fries, leftover salad from last night, chunk of Gouda
