So here we go!
My final Breakfast = Lonesome stone pancakes, butter, Wagner's Sugar Hill syrup, cantaloupe and raspberries
Lunch = A bag of salad made with cukes, tomato, cabbage, summer squash and zucchini
Dinner = I started a three day journey on cooking up an organic chicken. Tonight, I roasted it and boiled the gibbets. The heart and bones I saved for soup. I ate some of the roast chicken with some cooked potatoes and summer squash. I also made a rendition of liver pate. I cooked the liver in water, then chopped it fine with onion and garlic, along with some crumbled bacon. It wasn't very smooth like pate, but it tasted great on some toasted bread!
