Enos Farms and "Alaska by Heart"

I attended a pretty hilarious book signing at 43/90 North Earth in Spring Green. The book featured was "Alaska By Heart" by Sarah Pagen (pronounced PAY-GUN)! Quite a satirical romp, what with the footnotes on reptilian takeovers and The Seven Mountains... both of which are considered true by some. As an appetizer we were served Alaskan salmon on parsnip crackers from Enos Farms.  They were really good and I had never heard of parsnip crackers before, so I look forward to following their blog in the months to come.
