Day 2

Took a walk down to the last house on Jordan Drive, then into the little nature reserve and back.

Breakfast –
Italian percolator coffee + milk
Sharp cheddar and mustard sandwich

Lunch -
Chips, salsa, yogurt, scrumped apple (found two apple trees to revisit!)

Dinner –
Focaccia Pizza made with beer bread crust, roma tomatoes, my own grown broccoli and basil topped with cheddar and Swiss.

Corn chowder
Chili + sides
Stuffed peppers
Spaghetti Squash + sauce
Pumpkin quick bread or cookies
Local wine
Eggplant (grill for sandwiches)
Watch for the ample, abundant veggies and fruits (melon, squash, etc.)
Potato or wheat noodles
